Rather than focusing on individual performance in isolation, our work looks at the wider organisational system.

Daniel Peat
Daniel is a Chartered Human Factors Specialist and Director of Tailored to Me, a consultancy focused on helping organisations understand how the realities of everyday work shape performance, wellbeing, and behaviour.
His work applies human factors and systems thinking to organisational challenges, supporting leadership teams and people functions to identify underlying causes of strain, risk, and inefficiency. Rather than focusing on individual performance in isolation, he works at a system level, examining how policy, decision-making, tools, environments, and organisational culture interact in practice.
His approach emphasises clarity, accountability, and sustainable improvement, particularly in complex or high-pressure organisational contexts.
